30 Days Following Issuance of Building Permit* $200 Late Penalty
Deliver copy of the original Building Permit for the Home to Association no later than 30 days following issuance by the applicable city or county building department.
- Deliver Signed Acknowledgment Agreement by Developer (Exhibit 1) to Association or within ten days after a building permit is issued, whichever first occurs.
- Deliver Signed Acknowledgment Agreement by Homeowner (Exhibit 5) or at closing of the sale of Parade Home
- Deliver completed Builder, Home, & Garage Information (Exhibit 10) to Association
- Provide one (1) set of complete floor plans, including front and side elevations, and square footage to rendering artist and floor plan artist.
