Stormwater Contractor Training
Due to new legislation effective January 1, 2025, we are conducting training on Utah Code 19-5-108.3 and how the code is being implemented in software, City Inspect, which is used by local contractors in Ivin's, Santa Clara, St. George and Washington. This training is eligible for 2 credit hours of continuing education.

- 10:05 am - General Refresher of Construction General Permit (CGP) and Common Plan Permit (CPP) Regulation by the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) by Jordan Bentley
- 10:20 am - Introduction and Implementation of Utah Code 19-5-108.3, Construction Site Storm Water Runoff Control by Kristi Richards, St. George Stormwater Manager and Bradi Frei, Owner and Developer of City Inspect
- Preferred Southwest Utah Stormwater Coalition Best Management Practices (BMP)
- SWPPP Review Checklist
- SWPPP reviews, modifications and timelines
- Electronic Inspections (Inspection Guide, Standard Operating Procedures and where to find information)
- Escalation and enforcement for deficiencies
- Electronic documentation (inspection deficiencies, SWPPP amendments, Notice of Intent updates, site map changes, etc.) in City Inspect
- 11:30 am - Q&A with Ivins, Santa Clara, St. George, Washington, City Inspect and DWQ
- Noon - Lunch provided (on the go)
