2023 Parade of Homes - Last Day to Accrue Parade Points & Submit Builder Intent Form

Have you been wanting to be in the 2023 St. George Area Parade of Homes?  It's not too late to make it happen!

There are three ways to get in to the 2023 Parade of Homes:

1. Earn Parade Points - Earn as many points as you can through the 2023 Parade Point Criteria.
2. Weighted Draw - Earn at least 15 points to be in the weighted draw.
3. Silent Bid - Minimum bid is only $8000.​ 

• October 14^th by 5:00 pm - The last day to accrue Parade Points and submit Builder Intent with $500 deposit.  Important Reminder: it is the Builders responsibility to check that their Parade points are accurate.  If you have any questions please call the SUHBA office or email Toni.
• October 15^th by 5:00 pm - Parade positions 1 - 22 will be announced.
• October 18^th at Noon - Weighted draw for positions 23 - 26.  Builders welcome to attend.
• October 19^th by Noon - Silent Written Bids & Builder Intent Forms are due for positions 27 - 30.  You may bring to the office or email to Mari. Include the Builder Intent form, but $500 deposit is not required. Refer to Builder Participation Policy for complete details. Builder is responsible to check to ensure email was received by Mari or 435-674-1400.
