There will be eight hours of Project Management.

This course explains how to effectively implement financial statements for decision making, and company management. It explores what types of records are required, the length of time they must be stored and effective solutions for accomplishing this goal. It identifies useful cash flow techniques. Points out pit falls and dangers associated with improper cash management, and offers strategies for good cash management.

Qualifies for 6 contractor core credits, 6 electrician & plumber professional credits. Includes one-hour energy code credit.
