Guest Speaker: Matt Blanchard
"Turning Obstacles into Opportunities"
In 2006, Matt was working as an electrical contractor. He was headed to Cedar City to bid a job the morning of his FIRST accident. He suffered a spinal cord injury at the age of 30 and his life changed forever. He says, "I am paralyzed today not because of I did not have my belt on. I am paralyzed because of PRIDE and ARROGANCE."
Soon after his accident the housing market tanked and he had to close his business and file bankruptcy. Matt will speak to us on overcoming adversity, grit, team building and human connection.
