Seven (7) Days Following Issuance of Building Permit* $200 Late Penalty
Deliver copy of the original Building Permit for the Home to Association no later than seven (7) days following issuance by the applicable city or county building department.
- Deliver Signed Acknowledgment Agreement by Developer (Exhibit 1) to Association or within ten days after a building permit is issued, whichever first occurs.
- Deliver Signed Acknowledgment Agreement by Homeowner (Exhibit 5) or at closing of the sale of Parade Home
- Deliver completed Builder, Home, & Garage Information (Exhibit 10) to Association
- Provide one (1) set of complete floor plans, including front and side elevations, and square footage to rendering artist and floor plan artist.
