The Installer is responsible for installing custom stone countertops in customer homes and job sites
with precision, safety, professionalism, and efficiency. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction,
workplace safety, and company reputation.
This is a Safety-Sensitive position, requiring strict adherence to safety guidelines, company policies,
and drug/alcohol testing requirements. Certain prescription medications with impairing side effects
must be reported to HR with a completed physician Status Form and may disqualify you from this position.
- Install custom stone countertops, panels, and related products according to job specifications
- Operate hand tools and power tools (saws, grinders, caulk guns, etc.) safely and accurately
- Use company software to document work, complete job reports, and record progress
- Assist Production when needed
- Load, unload, and stock installation trailers as required
- Identify challenges on the job and bring solutions to the Team Lead
- Complete assigned maintenance tasks (daily/weekly/monthly/annual)
- Follow all safety protocols and report any incidents immediately
- Represent the company professionally in appearance, conduct, and communication
- Participate in LEAN, EOS, and 2-Second Improvement activities
- Provide training assistance when needed
- Accurately clock hours and manage time through TimeTrex
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Work toward personal growth through Career Path Level progression
Experience & Education
- Completion of on-site training
- High School Diploma, or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean, insurable driving record
- Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Ability to interpret shop drawings and use company software
- Problem-solving skills, basic math, and accurate measuring
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow established processes
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and climbing stairs
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs
- Work environments may be noisy, dusty, wet, or include chemical odors
- Must wear required PPE (boots, aprons, safety masks, safety glasses, hard hats, uniforms)

- Submit all required paperwork daily
- Ensure accurate TimeTrex punches (verified every Monday)
- Document and report any incidents or injuries before shift end
- Request time off at least two weeks in advance
- Disclose any prescription medication with impairing side effects to HR (with Status Form)
